Use of the Site

  1. In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
     

  2. To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site, or which, as determined by us, may harm us or users of the Site or expose them to liability.
     

  3. To impersonate or attempt to impersonate save our boobs, another user, or any other person or entity.
     

  4. To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
     

  5. To engage in any other conduct that interferes with the Site's operation or that we deem inappropriate for the Site.

Account Registration

To access certain features of the Site, you may be required to register for an account. When you register, you agree to:
 

  1. Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by our registration form.
     

  2. Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
     

  3. Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account and the information you provide to us.
     

  4. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Product Information and Orders

We strive to ensure that the information on the Site is complete, accurate, and current. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
 
All products on the Site are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply, supply only part of an order, or divide orders for shipment.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars and are subject to change without notice. The total cost of your order will include the price of the products plus any applicable taxes and shipping charges.
 
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information when you make a purchase. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. All products are printed on demand. The estimates don’t include the time it takes to create your products.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. Unfortunately we don't offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or wrongly ordered sizes. All the products are printed on demand, so requesting a size exchange would mean producing an entirely new product.
 
However for the defective or damaged items please email us at support@saveourboobs.com within 14 days from when the product was received and include a photo of a defective or damaged product. We'll work with our fulfillment partner to fix the problem.
 
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by save our boobs, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
