Refund Policy

Customs and Duties

The prices we quote do not include any import/customs duties and tax charges applicable to your order. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS AND/ or DUTIES TO YOUR ORDER. You are personally responsible for paying these fees upon receipt or delivery of the order and are all dependent on the country you live in. Please check with your local Customs Department for more detailed information on how to estimate these additional charges.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final, however defected items will be honored up to 14 days from when the product was received. Please contact us by email and include a photo od a defective product. Upon return, a replacement item will be sent.

No refunds are accepted for sizing or buyer’s remorse. All garment information is available on the product detail page. The onus is on the customer to research said garment materials, quality, texture, etc.

Any issues with your order must be brought up within 4 weeks after your order was made.

Before contacting us, we recommend you reach out to your local post office and ask about your order. If that is unsuccessful, wait a couple of days, ask your neighbours, as sometimes parcels can be wrongly delivered by postal workers.

Our Products are sourced and printed from our Printing partners based in the US and Canada.

The shipping times varies and we can not guarantee the timeline for fulfillment, shipping and delivery. We do not refund purchases due to delays in delivery.
